John Edwards -- Hair or Issues -- You Choose

The mainstream media has pummeled John Edwards with crude and pointless comments about the cost of his haircuts. The comments aren't even a story. Presidential candidates find themselves on television quite often. Like performers everywhere when they are on the road they have to bring in professionals to make sure their look is consistent. They routinely pay a lot for make up and hair cuts, but the mainstream broadcast media is only interested in the horse race. They don't want to talk about Edwards' signature issues.

When I talk about Democrats going over the top of the mainstream media with self-produced video, this is the kind of thing I have in mind.
