The State of The Union Speech?

I posted Jim Webb's response to the last State of the Union Speech. I thought it only fair to post President Bush's State of the Union Speech. I searched YouTube high and low. All I found was this video. I am not sure, it sounds like the President, but its not quite the way I remember it. Listen and let me know if this is the President's last State of the Union Address or one of the earlier ones, or some other speech.
