And Now For Tucker Carlson's Grown Up Version Of "The Woman Haters Club"

Crooks and Liars has video up today of the incredible comment right wing pundit Cliff May made yesterday on Tucker Carlson's show. I would post the clip but apparently so few people watch Carlson that nobody has uploaded it to YouTube. You will have to go to Crooks and Liars to watch. That's not a bad thing. What is a bad thing is the premise of three men setting around bad mouthing women for saying they would be more likely to vote if a woman was on the ballot. The following description is from Crooks and Liars.

Tucker throws out a frat boy style genitalia joke and spouts off about women’s loyalty to the Clintons. Not to be outdone, May, who is as whacked out as they come in the GOP, tells Tucker he doesn’t think people should vote for a candidate based on their race, religion or gender — then burps this beauty across the table which is sure to have the ladies lining up to join the Republican Party:

May: “At least call her a Vaginal-American.”
When I was a little boy the boys and girls in our neighborhood would self segregate. The boys played with the other boys and the girls played with other girls. One summer some of us 9-10 year old boys "built" a club house and posted a sign that said "Woman haters club, no grils allowed" on the door. I think we got the idea from an episode of "Leave It To Beaver." We all grew up. Somehow we overcame our prejudice. Apparently Tucker Carlson and Cliff May still have the mentality of 9 year old little boys. Maybe it is a GOP thing? My only question is why didn't Eugene Robinson get up and leave?
