Three RFK scions, including RFK Jr. and Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, are endorsing Hillary Clinton. True, none of them is Senator Ted, but this is a fairly decent counterweight, at least. And, without “bashing one Democrat against another” in this analysis, per a “suggestion” of sorts, it’s clear the RFK clan is explicitly commenting on the Obama campaign style:
The loftiest poetry will not solve these issues. We need a president willing to engage in a fistfight to safeguard and restore our national virtues.
Combine that with her win in the off-the-books Florida primary, and her semi-apology for husband Bill’s recent campaign hardnosing, plus her endorsement from Congresswoman Maxine Waters, a key player in SoCal, and it’s clear Obama “momentum” from South Carolina isn’t all that he’s like to crack it up to be.
