50,000 Show Up for Obama/Hillary in Orlando

We were expecting 30,000-40,000 for the Obama/Hillary rally in downtown Orlando. The fire marshall says that at least 50,000 showed up. The police say about 40,000. Doesn't really matter. It was pretty amazing and totally unparalled in city history.

To contrast, Florida Today reports that about 2,000 showed up for John McCain's Central Florida rally in nearby Melbourne a few days ago.

It looks like we Floridians are actually showing up for Obama. Early voting started today.

Hope. We're doing everything we can down here.
