They sure won’t have backbone to do anything beyond nonbinding resolutions on Iraq, let alone taking pre-emptive action to pre-empt pre-emptive action by BushCo and its eminence grise on Iran.

I’m sure some of the vast majority of Democrats in the House who joined Republicans on the bill requiring production of alternative fuels for large aircraft are spinning it as purely an environmental measure. Please.
