A Question for the Anti-abortion Crowd

Nationwide, abortions are down to their lowest level since 1974. In one county here in Florida, they're down 36%. That's a big drop. I thought it might be due to the increased use of the "day after" pill, but I was wrong.

As they gathered Tuesday night to mark the 35th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion, members of Volusia County Right to Life gave all credit to God for a 36 percent decline in local abortions.

...

"God hears our prayers," Gallien said under a full moon during a prayer vigil at the Volusia County Courthouse Annex on City Island.

Here's my question: If God hears your prayers to end abortion and God stopped some abortions, then why didn't God stop all abortions?

Just asking.
